Biography
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry (2016) with a master's degree (2018) and a PhD in Materials Science (2023) from the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA). Her research is related to the synthesis and characterization of new materials of pharmaceutical interest. She has experience in chemistry and physics of materials, working mainly on the following topics: metal complexes, growth of organic and inorganic crystals, nanomaterials, and advanced techniques of structural, spectroscopic and thermal characterization such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared (IR) spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, thermal analysis (TGA/DTA/DSC) and density functional theory (DFT). Completed her 1st post-doctorate (2025) as a CAPES-Brazil scholarship holder. She is a researcher in project of the Multidisciplinary Center for Boosting the Ecological Transition: Bioeconomy, Production Chains, Analysis and Environmental Remediation.
