Biography

PhD in Education from the Federal University of Amazonas. Master's in Psychology from the Federal University of Rondônia. Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Pernambuco. Professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Amazonas. Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Science and Humanities Teaching (PPGECH-UFAM) and the Postgraduate Program in Inclusive Education in a network - PROFEI/UNESP/IFAM. Leader of the Study and Research Group on Educational Policies, Practices and Processes in Contemporary Times (certified by CNPq). He has experience in the field of Education, working mainly on the following topics: Evaluation Systems and Management of Education, Contemporary Issues in Science and Health Teaching in the Amazonian context based on the foundations of Historical-Critical Pedagogy and Learning Theories. He has worked on analyzing textbooks for teaching Nature Sciences and their Technologies as an evaluator for the PNLD/FNDE/MEC.
