Biography

Prof. Joel Mark P. Rodriguez is a dedicated educator and management professional with over six years of corporate experience as a Jollibee Restaurant Manager. Now a Regular Faculty member at Rizal Technological University, Chief of Sen. Neptali Gonzales Research Center for Development Studies and Head of Human Resource Records Management Unit, he brings practical insights to his teaching in Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, and various management disciplines. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration at Lyceum Northwestern University, Prof. Rodriguez also holds a Master in Business Administration, a Licensed Professional Teacher, and certifications in Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Management. His passion for lifelong learning and student empowerment equips future business leaders with the tools to excel in today’s dynamic management landscape.
