Shri. Jogen Sharma is a PhD. Research Scholar in Library and Information Science at KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India and Assistant Librarian at the India International Centre (IIC), New Delhi, India. His academic and professional work centres on bibliometric research, digital transformation, and sustainable library practices. He has contributed widely through publications in reputable journals, edited volumes, and conference proceedings. His expertise includes implementing advanced technologies to modernise academic libraries and supporting institutional research needs. He is actively involved in professional associations and is committed to advancing innovation and sustainability in Library and Information Science.
