Research Interests
I have been involved in mentoring students and training junior researchers in laboratory techniques, data analysis, and scientific writing. My current role has also strengthened my understanding of industrial processes, quality control, and applied research in...
Biography
I hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Andhra University, with specialization in Synthetic Organic and Medicinal Chemistry. My research focuses on the development of regioselective synthetic methodologies and the characterization of organic compounds using advanced analytical techniques. I have also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at University of Hyderabad, contributing to research in organic synthesis and molecular design. Currently, I am working at Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Limited, Mumbai, where I am involved in laboratory analysis, quality control, and applied industrial research. I am interested in advancing my expertise through research, innovation, and practical applications in chemical sciences.
Education
I completed my Ph.D. in Chemistry from Andhra University in 2023, specializing in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Medicinal Chemistry. My doctoral research focused on the development of novel methodologies for the regioselective synthesis of biologically relevant organic molecules, particularly using triflic acid–catalyzed reactions, along with structural characterization using advanced analytical techniques. Prior to this, I obtained my M.Sc. in Chemistry from Andhra University in 2014 with First Class with Distinction (CGPA: 8.51), where I built a strong foundation in organic, inorganic, a...
