Biography
Holds a full degree in Biological Sciences from the State University of Piauí (2005), a Master's degree in Botany from the Federal University of Viçosa (2008), and a Ph.D. in Botany from the Federal University of Viçosa (2014). Currently, she is an Associate II Professor at the State University of Piauí. She is a permanent faculty member of the Professional Master's Program in Biology Teaching (PROFBIO) at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, working through the State University of Piauí. She has experience in the field of Botany, with an emphasis on Plant Anatomy, mainly working on the following themes: Byrsonima, Heteropterys, Banisteriopsis, taxonomic anatomy, Stigmaphylloideae, and Malpighiaceae.
