Biography

Professor Kamla Pathak, graduate and post graduate (Pharmaceutics) from University Institute of Pharmaceutical sciences, Panjab University, Chandigarh, India; earned her Doctorate in Pharmacy in the year 1991, from the same institute. With a teaching and research experience of more than 31 years, is currently working as Dean and Professor, Faculty of Pharmacy, Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, Etawah, India. India. She is a member of various professional bodies. Actively engaged in research on oral controlled /modulated/targeted and topical drug delivery systems has over 270 publications in journals of international and national repute. Three patents, 4 books, 21 book chapters (in international books) and more than 180 abstracts of the papers presented in various scientific forums are to her credit. Credited as reviewer of national and international journals of repute in the field of Pharmaceutics, has a h-index of 40 (Scopus) and 51 (Google scholar).
