Kazi Mahir Adeeb’s life began on unstable ground—quite literally. As a child, he watched noodles writhe on the floor and heard voices echo from empty rooms, early hallucinations that marked the beginning of a long, disorienting battle with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Yet the same mind that made the world tremble beneath his feet would eventually become the engine of his intellectual ambition, resilience, and global promise. Growing up in Khulna, Bangladesh, Adeeb navigated years of inner turmoil while excelling academically and nurturing a profound curiosity for science and technology. His psychological struggles intensified during adolescence, culminating in a life-threatening crisis shortly after losing his father—the person who had been his emotional anchor. Recovery forced him into a confrontation with his own identity.
