Biography

An author and editor of about 100 publications, including monographs and articles published in Polish and English. My research interests include the history of the state and the law of the 18th and 19th centuries, with particular emphasis on the legal and political thought of revolutionary and national liberation movements, the issue of the modern concept of the right to resistance, and material administrative law with particular emphasis on the issue of the constitutional obligation to bear public burdens and perform public duties.
