Biography
Lays Pinheiro is an AI Systems Engineer and researcher specialized in LLM Orchestration, Autonomous Agents, and Computer Vision. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering at UFRJ, she bridges the gap between complex physical systems and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. As an engineer at Stella Tecnologia, she designs on-premise AI infrastructure for defense and UAV systems, focusing on local LLM inference and multi-agent orchestration. As the founder of NexusClaw, she develops autonomous AI workflows for business automation across several verticals, including legal and marketing. Her background includes research in data science for medical imaging and industrial automation, with multiple publications in medical informatics. Her expertise lies in building privacy-first, high-performance AI systems that operate autonomously in complex environments.
