Biography
Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA) – Santana do Livramento Campus, where she teaches undergraduate courses and is affiliated with the Graduate Program in Administration (PPGA/UNIPAMPA) and the Professional Master's Program in Public Administration (PROFIAP/UNIPAMPA).
Education
PhD in Administration (2020), with a concentration in People Management and Labor Relations from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (PPGA/EA/UFRGS), including a doctoral exchange period at Université Paris-Dauphine, France (PDSE CAPES scholarship).
