Biography

Dr. Kanu Priya is a doctorate in Constitutional Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh with over 18 years of blended experience in academics, research and legal practice. With over 20 articles in national and international peer reviewed, UGC Care and Scopus indexed journals, she is on board as an advisory and editorial member of reputed peer reviewed legal journals. She is also in the panel of external examiners with DU and other universities. She has authored books in the areas of Immigration Laws and Real Estate published by Lexis-Nexis and Thomson Reuters. She is featured in the Board of Editors of NGT Reporter and has been the editor of the Conference proceedings of International Conference of Environment organized twice by National Green Tribunal in 2017-18. She is a member of various organizations like IUCN-CEESP, GRDS, etc. She is also a member, Court at Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala. She has been honoured with Best Teacher Award by Bhagidari Jan Sahyog Sam
