Leticia Garcia Ribeiro Dyniewicz

Biography

I am a Professor of Law in Federal University of Lavras. I hold a Ph.D. Degree in Law (2016) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RIO) and a Marsters Degree in Philosophy and Theory of Law in Federal University of Santa Catarina (2010). In 2014 I was a visiting scholar in Birbeck, University of London, where I developed part of my doctoral study. My studies focus in in philosophical and constitutional approach on the state of exception and also gender studies. Nowadays she leads a study group on Constitutionalism and Democracy in Federal University of Lavras.
