Multiple publications in national and international high-impact scientific journals. Teaching work, including supervision of doctoral theses, and more than 25 years of training medical residents, as well as co-investigator in multiple research projects. Member of the research group at the Maimonides Institute of Biomedical Research in Córdoba (IMIBIC, Invasive Cardiology and Cell Therapy Group). Other positions: President of the Andalusian Society of Cardiology from 2021 to 2024. President of the Andalusian Foundation of Cardiology since May 2024. Education
Graduated in Medicine from the University of Cádiz (1986). Cardiology specialist via resident residency at the Reina Sofia University Hospital in Córdoba (1992). Doctoral Thesis, Unanimously Distinguished Cum Laude, from the University of Córdoba with the thesis entitled: "Acute Myocarditis."
