Dr.Manikandan Dhayalan,Post Doctoral Research Scientist in collage of Public Health Sciences, Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand He holds 11 years of international research experience in 6 different countries at the interface between Nano biotechnology and food industry and academia including 5.5 years as academia researcher at following University are University of madras, Deemed University of BIHER, and Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology, TamilNadu (The India ); 1.5 years as Cooperate Researcher Anticancer Bioscience (China ), 4 years at Research Department of Chemical Engineering and Technology, A.C.Technology, campus ,Anna University (India ). The applicant’s expertise is funded on several disciplines such as Nano materials and Nano biotechnology, food chemistry, harvesting algae production research, food technology and material science.
