Native to the Brazilian Amazon. Doctoral student in Law, specializing in Human Rights, in the Graduate Program in Law (PPGD) at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). Master's degree in Environmental Sciences from the Graduate Program in Environmental Sciences (PPGCA) at the State University of Pará (UEPA). Specialist in Urban and Environmental Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (PUC-Minas). Bachelor of Law from the University Center of the State of Pará (CESUPA). Researcher at the Research Group on Urban Policy Financing in Amazonian Cities (CNPq), also known as Financia Cidades. Member of the Critical Philosophy of Law and Literature Research Group (CNPq). Affiliated with the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Environment and Society (ANPPAS). Associated with the Network for Empirical Studies in Law (REED).
