Biography
PhD candidate in Leisure Studies at the Federal University of Minas Gerais, Master's degree in Tourism from the Federal Fluminense University, and Bachelor's degree in Tourism from CEFET/RJ. He worked as a substitute professor in the Department of Tourism at UFJF from 2023 to 2024. He has experience as a researcher, having participated in both editions of the Rural Brazil Experiences Project, held in 2021 and 2022, and in the Original Brazil Experiences Project, in 2023, both promoted by the Ministry of Tourism and UFF. He has also worked on social projects and in the hotel sector. He participated in the international academic mobility program through CEFET/RJ, during which he had the opportunity to study for a period at the University of Jaén, in Spain. His main areas of interest are Rural Tourism, Community-Based Tourism, and Leisure.
