Biography
I currently serve as a Senior Research Scientist at the NARC, National Agri Research Council, Pakistan. In addition to teaching and training at graduate levels and research publications, I have also developed and implemented different local and international funded/collaborated projects. My areas of specialization cover structural design, contextual capabilities, leadership, innovation management, entrepreneurship, sustainability, export performance, and poverty reduction. I have an MBA from the Newports Institute of Communication & Economics, MS in Business Administration from FUUAST University, Islamabad, and a Ph.D. from Universiti Utara Malaysia. I remained a faculty member at different universities since June 2005, apart from providing consultancy to different sectors in my area of expertise.
