Biography

Has experience in the areas of approximation methods for partial differential equations, polynomials that satisfy a three-term recurrence relation, Mathematics education, and the education of Mathematics teachers. Received a research scholarship from the São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) during undergraduate research, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Cassio Oishi, and from CAPES during the master’s program, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Vanessa Botta. Has experience as a basic education teacher (since 2014) and as a university professor (since 2016). Currently works as a substitute professor in the Department of Mathematics and Computing at FCT/UNESP and as a Teacher Educator in the postgraduate Mathematics program at Faculdade SESI de Educação, in addition to conducting postdoctoral research at UNIOESTE/Foz do Iguaçu.

PhD in Education from the Graduate Program in Education (PPGE) at FCT/UNESP, Master’s degree in Applied and Computational Mathematics from PosMAC at FCT/UNESP, and Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics (with Teaching Qualification) from FCT/UNESP.
