My work is driven by curiosity and the desire to bridge the gap between theory and practice to Graduates and Postgraduate Students. I believe research is not only about generating new insights but also about creating meaningful contributions that can influence academic thought, industry practices, and societal development. I am involved in research, exploring areas in Marketing, HR, Operations, System, Psychology and engage with emerging trends, employ rigorous methodologies, and collaborate across disciplines to ensure my work remains relevant, impactful, and progressive.
