Biography
I am a TESOL lecturer at Islamic Azad University, Islamshahr Branch in Iran. I obtained my PhD from the University of Exeter in 2014 and have taught a wide range of English courses such as Theories of Second Language Acquisition/Learning, Language Teaching Methodology, Research Methodology, Language Testing, Learning Strategies, Applied Linguistics, Teaching English Language Skills, Academic Writing, Academic Reading, and Translation Studies at Bachelors and Masters levels to non-native learners in Iran and the UK for more than 20 years. My research interests include online education, qualitative and quantitative research, cooperative and collaborative learning, peer collaboration, student-center pedagogy, autonomous learning, feedback and error correction in writing, and peer evaluation. I am currently doing some research in these areas.
