Biography

Dr. J. Michael Sammanasu is currently serving as the Dean of Students, Professor, and Chair of Human Resources at St. Joseph's Institute of Management JIM, St. Joseph's College (Autonomous) in Tiruchirappalli, India. He has thirty-two years of teaching experience in Jesuit Institutions and is an approved research advisor in Management Studies by Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli. His current research interests are focused on behavioral studies, and he has produced four PhD scholars while currently guiding four PhD scholars. He handles courses such as Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Learning and Development, Change Management, Organizational Development, Conflict and Negotiation Management, and other HR-related subjects. Dr. Sammanasu has published papers in Q1 & Q2 Scopus-indexed Journals of reputed publications such as Taylor & Francis and ABDC - B & C as well.
