Biography
Born in Culiacán, Sinaloa; resident of Mexico City since 1995. Researcher in Medical Sciences at SSA since 1997. First job at INP, Pharmacology Laboratory (1997- 2007). Since 2007 researcher in Medical Sciences D of INER, Laboratory of Clinical and Experimental Pharmacology. 58 publications in research journals and 2 book chapters. 31 theses directed (4 doctoral, 16 master's and 11 bachelor's). Currently, I am the Head of the Institutional Center of Pharmacovigilance of INER and creator of the same, recognized by COFEPRIS since September 2014 and therefore I am also the one who has made the Organization and Procedures Manuals of the area and who coordinates the activities of Pharmacovigilance in INER. Member of the Committee of Pharmacy and Therapeutics of INER (COFAT) since 2011 and part of the group that created this committee. Associated to: American College of Clinical Pharmacology and the Latin American Society of pharmacogenomics and personalized medicine.
