Biography
I am a Master’s student in Food Engineering with research interests in food processing technologies, sustainable utilization of food industry by-products, and non-destructive methods for quality evaluation of food materials. I have completed internships in reputable food companies and was ranked among the top students in the Iranian national M.Sc. entrance examination. My academic focus is on developing innovative and environmentally friendly approaches to improve food quality and reduce industrial waste
