Biography

D. in Linguistics from El Colegio de México; M.A. in Linguistics from Universidad de Sonora. B.A. in Communication Sciences and Sociology from the Universidad Autónoma de Baja California. Full-time professor assigned to the Bachelor's degree in language and literature teaching at the Faculty of Pedagogy and Educational Innovation of the UABC; member of the National System of Researchers, Candidate level. His research interests are corpus linguistics, functional descriptive linguistics of minority languages and the teaching of linguistic diversity.
