Nadiia Pysarenko

Biography
Ms. Pysarenko worked as an Assistant from 1996 to 2001, and from 2001 to 2023 as an Associate Professor at the Department of Administrative Law of Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv). She now holds the position of Professor at the Faculty of Law of the Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv). In 2017, she joined a panel of legal consultants listed by the OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine; in 2019, she was invited as a lecturer to participate in advanced training events for judges organized by the National School of Judges of Ukraine. Ms. Pysarenko is a member of the working group on methodological, organizational, and analytical support of the Unified State Qualification Examination (USQE) in the specialties “Law” and “International Law,” established by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Education
Nadiia Pysarenko received her law degree from Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkiv). She later defended her theses to earn both a Candidate of Law degree and a Doctor of Law degree, specializing in Administrative Law and Process. She completed internships under the Tempus projects – focused on the development and modernization of educational programs – at the University of Hertfordshire (United Kingdom) and University College Cork, part of the National University of Ireland (Republic of Ireland).
