Biography

Dr.Nagaraja V., Professor, School of Legal Studies, holds two LLM degrees one in Business Law and another in Contracts including Mercantile Law and holds PhD in Law from Symbiosis International University, Pune. He holds M.Phil in Law and IPR degree from Global University, Nagaland. And M.Com from Annamalai University. He has 23 years of academic experience and 7 years as an advocate experience and also held teaching and administrative positions in Law Colleges and Management Colleges in Karnataka and Saveetha Law School, Saveetha University, Chennai. In Total 30 years of experience in the area of legal profession. He has published articles/research papers/book chapters in national and international journals. And also, he has written law books on Jurisprudence, Interpretation of Statutes, Banking law, Environmental Law, Legal Language and Legal writing, women empowerment. And he was the member for the committee of Faculty of Law, Bangalore University. He is the member of IARDO (Intern
