PhD. in Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (ISM), Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India in 2014 under the guidance of Prof. Jitendra Kumar, Prof & Head, Dept of Electronics Engineering. Topic: Theoretical Investigation of Quantum dot Infrared Photodetectors.
