Biography

Mr. Sinath No is the Head of the Civil Engineering Department at the National University of Battambang (NUBB), where he advances civil-engineering education and sustainable construction in Cambodia. He earned both his Bachelor’s (2010) and Master’s (2012) degrees in Civil and Industrial Engineering from Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia.A Professional Engineer (PE No. 0005343PE/Bldg.), he received a Gold Medal from the Asian Engineering Register (AER) in 2018 and became a member of the Asian Federation of Engineering Organizations in 2019. He also holds a Certificate of Design from Cambodia’s Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning, and Construction.Since 2007, Mr. Sinath has served as a member of the Cambodian People’s Party committee in Tbong Khmum Province.

Education

I have graduated Bachelor of Technics and Technology in the field of Construction at the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering master degree in Civil and Industrial Engineer specializing in program - > at the Voronezh State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Russia.
