Biography
Nurussaadah Mokhtar has accumulated 17 years of experiences as an academic in various higher learning institutions ranging across foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate studies. This is coupled with experiences in overseeing and coordinating research partnerships between the University of Malaya and international entities such as The Nippon Foundation and UNICEF as well as with local clients namely the Ministry of Education and Petaling Jaya City Council. Nurussaadah is well equipped with primarily qualitative research skills in undertaking projects with multistakeholders and co-researchers and consultants of various nationalities. Her skills undertaking research, which involves policy analysis and programme evaluation in the fields of collaborative and local governance, sustainability, civil society transformation and inclusiveness allow her to offer excellent employment of theory and research in any area of public policy.
