Biography
I graduated as a dental surgeon in 1997 from the Obafemi Awolowo University ile-ife andI had my housemanship in Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex ile ife. After a stint with the Ondo state hospital management board as a dental officer, I started residency training in periodontology in Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital Complex ile ife, and completed with a fellowship of the West African college of surgeons (FWACS) in 2012. I worked as a Consultant periodontologist at the Military Hospital Lagos where I became the head of training and development till 2017. I was appointed a visiting Senior Lecturer and Consultant periodontologist at Bayero Universuty Kano till 2019. I served for a year as a Lecturer at the University of Lagos before my appointment at the Lagos state University College of Medicine in 2018. My special interest in surgical periodontology and dental Implantology as against the usual practices has attracted several young colleagues into the spec
