Biography
I received my PhD from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. My research interests include landscape archaeology as well as the influence that empires had on the landscapes of Western and Central Asia. My primary focus is on the archaeology of the Sasanian and post-Sasanian periods (Late Antique and Early Medieval). I have conducted 15 archaeological projects, both excavation and survey, in the southern regions of Iran between 2005 and 2024. The results of these investigations have already been published or are currently in press.
