Biography

Pearl Bipin Pulickal is an Indian data scientist, researcher, and inventor originally from Porvorim, Goa. Educated in Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech.) at NIT Goa, he has built a strong interdisciplinary foundation, combining mathematics, AI/ML, and signal processing in his research work. His technical projects include work on sound classification without neural networks, novel logic systems, and investigations into the limits of Moore’s Law. Alongside his engineering interests, Pearl pursues philosophical and spiritual inquiry. Professionally, he leads data‐science initiatives and contributes to academic and industrial research outputs, demonstrating both analytical rigor and a broad intellectual curiosity.
