Biography
Pedro-León Vivas teaches school management, leadership, and school improvement courses at Austral University and Universidad del Centro Educativo Latinoamericano in Argentina. His research focuses on understanding leadership practices involved in change and improvement processes in secondary schools. In his research activities, he participates in the ISTL group (International Study of Teacher Leadership). He also served as a Higher-Level Supervisor at the Ministry of Education of Santa Fe (Argentina) and held managerial positions in higher education institutions in Rosario. His mission as a teacher and professional is to enhance schools by rethinking them as learning communities in times characterized by growing complexity and uncertainty. He resides in Sofia and alternates academic and professional activities between Argentina, Bulgaria, and Spain.
