Skilled in MOOC Courses, Customer Relationship Management, Microsoft office, Soft Skill, ICT, Training and Marketing Research. Author of two books and several journal articles. Strong educational professional degree from IHM Bhopal and Ph.D. from Ranchi University. A certified instructor for “Managing Front Office Operation” and “Leadership and Management in the Hospitality Industry” by American Hotel and Lodging Association (AH&LA), USA, Michigan, and recipient of “Award of Excellence” by IIT Mumbai for being amongst the top performer of the Faculty Development Program on “Use of ICT in Education for Online and Blended learning“.in 2016. In the year 2018, IIT Mumbai awarded the Top Performer badge again in two-week Faculty Development Program (FDP 301X) on “Mentoring Educators in Educational Technology”.
