Dr Neeraj Kumar did his Ph.D. in Ecology/ applied limnology in 1992. He earlier worked at the HNB Garhwal University as a regular faculty and is widely travelled in India, Japan and Canada.His research interests include: Environmental Flows, Bio indicators, Biosystematics, and Limnology He is a young Scientist Awardee of Asian Fisheries Society (1993).
