Biography

Prof. Rahul Mishra graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (H.P) in 2007. Thereafter he obtained an LL.M degree (2 years) in Corporate Laws with special reference to International Business in the year 2009 from NALSAR University of Law, Justice City, Hyderabad. He also obtained a PG degree in English Literature (2004) from the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla (H.P) before studying Law. His LL.M dissertation titled “GATS and Liberalization of Legal Services: Comparative Analysis in between US, UK and India” was adjudged the best comprehensive, analytical and thought provoking research ever done on the topic which helped him top the final semester examination of his post-graduation (2007-2009). He has as of now many National/International Paper Presentations to his credit.
