Biography
An economist with extensive experience in ex-post and ex-ante evaluation of agricultural policies, designing strategies for agricultural and rural development. Intellectual leadership and a comprehensive understanding of institutions and regulations. Strong education background with an academic degree of doctor of sciences in economics and Assoc. Prof. focused in Agricultural Economics and Food Security. Professional working experience in food security, regional and rural development projects in Azerbaijan (FAO, UNDP, UNIDO, ADB projects). He has written two books and 75 articles. He gave a lecture at the State University of Economics and he is head of the Scientific Seminar (Field economy) at the State University of Economics (UNEC).
