Biography

Dr. Ravikumar C.R. is a committed faculty member working as Associate Professor and research head in department of Chemistry, East West Institute of Technology under VTU Belgaum Bangalore-560 091, India. He has published more than 180 papers in journal of high reputation and presented many papers in conferences and authored 3 books, 12 book chapters. He has involved in many research projects and supervisor for 6 Ph. D students. His research interest mainly focuses on the development of advanced novel nanostructure materials and their applications in green alternative energy generation such as Batteries, supercapacitors, electrochemical sensor, electrochemical detection and quantification of heavy toxic metals, environmental remediation through nano-adsorption and photocatalysis.
