Biography
Professor of Production Engineering at the Federal Institute of Acre (IFAC) and Coordinator of the Higher Education Program in Logistics Technology. Postdoctoral researcher in Production and Systems Engineering (Federal University of Paraíba – UFPB) and PhD in Environmental Technology (University of Ribeirão Preto – UNAERP), he serves as permanent faculty in the Professional Master’s Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation (PROFNIT). He develops applied solutions at the interface of logistics, innovation, and regional development, with a focus on proposing models, institutional frameworks, and operational instruments aimed at technology transfer, innovation governance, and the structuring of sustainable supply chains in territorial contexts of the Amazon. He also contributes to strengthening innovation ecosystems through collaboration among public institutions, academia, and the productive sector.
