Biography
Assistant Professor in Criminology and Correctional Researcher specializing in reducing recidivism through evidence-based rehabilitation. I focus on criminogenic needs and risk assessment, employing Risk-Need-Responsivity and Good Lives Model principles. I am committed to crime prevention via effective prisoner reintegration. Beyond academia, my experience includes critical roles within NATO - ISAF (International Security Assistance Force) with the Swedish Armed Forces in Afghanistan and NATO - MNF (Multi-National Forces) with the US Army in Iraq. This unique combination of scholarly depth and frontline international security experience provides a comprehensive perspective on criminology, enabling me to address complex criminal behaviors and drive forward safer community initiatives.
