Ritu Agrawal

Biography

As architect-planner, I have over two and a half decade of experience in industry and academics. I have completed B. Arch. from Bihar College of Engineering (now NIT), Patna in 1995 with honors and distinction. Then pursued Masters in Urban Development Planning from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal. After that, I worked for an architectural firm at Delhi before joining Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi as a faculty. I have been responsible for many administrative and academic responsibilitie in the Institute besides teaching. Presently, I am pursuing PhD from BIT Mesra. I have accomplished a number of faculty development training programmes, online courses and national and international conferences. I have successfully guided a large number of students of B. Arch. and Masters in Urban Planning Thesis projects. I have been a participator member of a few projects in the Department, like Gram Panchayat Spatial Development Plan for Neori and Kandra.
