Biography

Civil Engineer with a consolidated background in transportation infrastructure and sustainable construction materials. His academic trajectory includes international research experience in Germany, focusing on innovation in low-carbon cementitious materials and circular economy applications in construction. His current research is centered on the development of eco-efficient binders incorporating industrial residues, particularly bauxite residue, aiming to reduce CO₂ emissions and clinker consumption in cement production. His work involves laboratory experimentation and real-scale applications, including mechanical, physicochemical, durability, and environmental performance analyses, such as solubilization and ecotoxicological assessment. In the professional field, he has extensive experience in the management and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects, including highways, urban mobility systems, and pavement engineering (flexible and rigid). He has worked in planning, tech
