Biography

Born in Curitiba-PR-Brazil, he is Full Professor at the Federal Technological University of Paraná (UTFPR) where he has worked since Sep / 1979. He was Director-General of the Campus Medianeira of UTFPR (Dec / 1992 to Aug / 1996) and Vice-Rector of UTFPR (Aug / 1996 to Feb / 2002). Director-General of Campus Curitiba (Jan / 2014 to Dec / 2017). Elected Councilor of the University Council (COUNI) of UTFPR from Nov / 1995 to Oct / 1999 and from Mar / 2010 to Feb / 2018 and of the Planning and Administration Council (COPLAD) from Mar / 2010 to Dec / 2017. He is a Permanent Professor of the Postgraduate Program in Civil Engineering (PPGEC), the Postgraduate Program in Urban Environmental Sustainability (PPGSAU) and the Professional Master's in Public Administration (PROFIAP). Operates in the areas of strategy, planning, management, quality and innovation with a focus on organizational productivity.

Education

Graduated (Aug / 1977) in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and Licensed (Dec / 1990) in the Training Course for Teachers of Specialized Disciplines by the Federal Technological University of Paraná, with master's (Nov / 2000) and doctorate ( Feb / 2005) in Production Engineering by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC).
