Biography

Dr. Saileswar Ghosh is working as a Professor and HOD, Department of Management at Brainware University, Kolkata. He is having more than 20 years of experience in industries and academics. Dr. Saileswar Ghosh studied at CCS University for PhD and M.B.A. (HRM) from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. He has also studied B.Sc. (Hons) from Calcutta University and Dip. T&D from Indian Society for Training and Development, New Delhi. Dr. Saileswar Ghosh has been continuously engaged for the last 15 years in corporate training. He has designed and conducted several training programmes. As a core faculty member held sessions in various executive development and unit-based programs. Dr. Saileswar Ghosh has presented numerous papers at national and international level conferences in the areas of HRM, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Development and widely travelled in the country and abroad.
