Biography

Dr. Sateesh Alavala received his PhD in pharmaceutical science with a specialisation in pharmacology and toxicology from the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology in Hyderabad, India. He received his Bachelor of pharmacy degree from Kakatiya University in Warangal and his master's in pharmacology from Sri Venkateswara University in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. From March 2017 to March 2022, he worked as an INSPIRE Fellow at the CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology in Hyderabad, India, where he made important contributions to inflammatory disorder research. His research, particularly in inflammopharmacology, has received widespread attention, with multiple peer-reviewed papers and an h-index of 10. He also has an international patent and a book chapter. In 2014, his extraordinary presentation during his master's examinations earned him an outstanding grade.
