Biography

I am a highly passionate and motivated lecturer in the department of English at the University of Management and Technology, Pakistan. I have also worked as an English Lecturer at Standard Girls College and as an International English Mentor at Songkhla University in Thailand, where I mentored children in phonics. I completed MS in English and BS in English from Government College Women University, Sialkot. Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Education from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad. My research interests are centered on gender dynamics, discourse analysis, and postcolonial studies, with several publications in reputable journals reflecting these themes. I am also working as research supervisor of graduation students in the department of English at UMT. Additionally, I am a member of the Linguistic Association of Pakistan and actively contributes to the academic community as a research paper reviewer for the African Educational Research Journal.
