Biography

I am currently serving as an Assistant Professor at Emerson University, Multan, where I also hold the additional charge of Deputy Director Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC). I earned my PhD in Education from the University of Education, Lahore, and my MPhil in Education Policy & Development from the University of Punjab, Lahore. I am a recipient of the HEC Pakistan Postdoctoral Fellowship (Phase III, Batch IV) and am currently placed as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at King’s College London, United Kingdom (2025–2026). With over ten years of experience in educational administration, I have contributed to four different universities in Pakistan. I have authored more than 47 research articles published in national and international journals, and over 8 research papers are currently under review in reputed international journals. I have presented my work at numerous national and international conferences and serve as a peer reviewer for various academic journals.
