Biography
Sharat Chandra Mahto received his B. Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India, M. Tech & Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with specialization in Control Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology BHU Varanasi, India. From 2001 to 2007, he was associated with the WESCO a subsidiary of Government of Odisha, India as a Project Assistant Engineer. From 2009 to 2015, he was with the Ashoka Institute, Varanasi, India as an assistant professor & head in the Department of Electrical Engineering. He has published one monograph, two book chapters and 15 journal articles and conference papers. His research interests include the areas of nonlinear control and its applications. Particularly, he is working on Event-Triggered Control systems, Time-delay systems stability analysis, discrete and continuous higher-order sliding mode control and multi-agent systems. He has received excellence awards in PhD thesis from IIT BHU,
