Silviu DAVID is a dynamic leader driving innovation in technology and sustainability. Since June 2020, he's been the Managing Partner & Administrative Director at BPA TARGET SRL, fostering excellence in IT services. With over a decade of experience, he's also the Managing Partner & Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Global Systems Communications SRL, overseeing complex projects and leading a team of experts. As the Co-founder & Vice President of the Green Technology Cluster since January 2020, he advocates for green technologies to drive societal development. Additionally, he co-founded ZING eMOTION in August 2019, revolutionizing urban mobility with eco-friendly solutions. With a background as a Hardware & Network Engineer at SISTEC and as a founding member of Smart Alliance - Innovation Technology Cluster, Silviu DAVID is dedicated to shaping a sustainable future through innovation and collaboration.
